1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By using this website and placing orders with ABiteMunch, LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

2. Orders

  • All orders are subject to availability.
  • ABiteMunch reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at any time.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including delivery addresses and contact information.
  • ABiteMunch is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect shipping addresses.
  • Custom cake orders require a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to pickup.
  • All custom cake designs are handmade. Slight variations in color, design, or size may occur. Exact replicas cannot be guaranteed.
  • Customers are responsible for proper transport, handling, and storage of all cake and cupcake orders. 
  • Once your order has been picked up or delivered, ABiteMunch is not responsible for any damages.
  • Once the order has been picked up or delivered, ABiteMunch is no longer responsible for the order. No changes, alterations, refunds, or replacements will be offered after the order has left our care.
  • All sales are final.

3. Payment & Pricing

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment must be completed at checkout.
  • We work hard to ensure all product details and prices are correct. In the rare event of a typo or error, we reserve the right to correct it.

4. Shipping & Pickup

  • Payment must be completed at checkout.
  • Orders are shipped according to the options available at checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • For pickup, customers must collect orders during designated times.

5. Allergies & Ingredients

  • ABiteMunch products may contain allergens. See our Allergy Information for details.
  • By placing an order, you acknowledge the risk of allergen exposure.
  • ABiteMunch operates as a home based bakery. Products are prepared in a kitchen that is not inspected by the health department and may contain common allergens.
  • By ordering, you accept this and agree to hold ABiteMunch harmless for any allergic reactions.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including images, text, and logos, belongs to ABiteMunch, LLC and may not be used without permission.

7. Liability

  • ABiteMunch is not liable for any damages arising from use of our products or website, except where required by law.
  • ABiteMunch is not responsible for lost, damaged, returned, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
  • ABiteMunch is not responsible for any damages to cakes or cupcakes once they have been picked up or delivered.
  • Once the order has been picked up or delivered, ABiteMunch is no longer responsible for the order.
